What happens to the information you share.

This notice describes the current dotSuper website and enquiry workflow. It is written for clarity and does not limit rights that may apply under local law.

01

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or book a working session, we collect the details you provide—such as your name, work email, company, website, selected time, and the operational challenge you describe. We also record the page and campaign information attached to that enquiry so we can understand how the conversation began.

02

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to schedule and prepare for the session, follow up about the request, maintain a private operating record, and improve the usefulness of our services. We do not sell lead information or use it for unrelated advertising.

03

Where it is kept

Lead and booking records are held in a private Google Workspace folder, Google Sheet, and calendar workflow operated for dotSuper. Access is limited to people responsible for handling enquiries and operating the business. Relevant service providers may process data under their own security and privacy terms.

04

Cookies and analytics

A necessary first-party preference cookie remembers whether you allowed analytics. Google Analytics and PostHog are blocked until you choose “Allow analytics”. If enabled, they help us understand visits, traffic sources, page journeys, useful content, errors, and conversion events. Advertising storage and ad personalisation remain disabled.

05

Your control

You can choose “Only necessary”, allow analytics, or reopen Cookie settings from any public footer and change your choice. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future analytics capture through this website and removes accessible analytics cookies from this domain.

06

Retention and requests

We retain enquiry records only while they are useful for the relationship, required for legitimate business records, or necessary to resolve an issue. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email ceo@dotsuper.net. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
