What Apple announced
Apple Watch Ultra 4 introduces a Health Sensing System with new optical and electrical sensors, the S11 chip, higher-frequency heart-rate and heart-rate-variability measurements, and a readiness score.
The watch starts at $799. Pre-orders are open, with store availability beginning 18 September across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and more than 50 other markets.

Battery and outdoor use
Apple states that normal battery life can reach 50 hours and Low Power Mode can reach 84 hours. An extended workout mode is designed to support up to 45 hours of tracking with GPS readings every second.
These figures come from controlled preproduction tests. Real endurance will vary with signal conditions, sensors, display use, temperature, and workout settings.
