/ Free AI exploration · 30 minutes

Bring one use case. Leave with a clearer next move.

A focused working session for founders and operating teams. We will examine what happens today, test whether AI is useful, and identify the next question worth answering. No deck or formal AI plan required.

Syncing live times

A useful boundary. This meeting is exploratory. It does not include a technical audit, implementation plan, savings estimate or guarantee of results. If deeper work is justified, we will scope it separately.

/ WHERE TO START

You do not need
a polished AI brief.

Start with friction that is visible to the people doing the work.

01

A decision waits

Which recurring decision depends on one person or delayed information?

02

Information gets lost

Where is data copied, chased, reconciled or repeatedly explained?

03

Work repeats

Which recurring task creates avoidable delay or rework?

04

Quality varies

Where do inconsistent inputs create inconsistent outputs?

/ PUBLIC EVIDENCE, YOUR CONTEXT

Patterns can travel.
Recommendations cannot.

We study published industrial AI cases, including MCCIA’s AI case-study compilation, to understand recurring use cases, operating constraints and adoption patterns. Public cases provide context. Your workflow, data and people determine whether a pattern is relevant.

/ FIT AND EXPECTATIONS

Useful when
the work is real.

01 / MOST USEFUL FOR
  • Founders, functional leaders and process owners
  • Teams with one practical constraint or use case
  • Businesses willing to involve the people closest to the work
  • Teams that want to measure the result honestly
02 / NOT REQUIRED
  • A defined AI use case
  • Clean or centralised data
  • A technical team
  • A budget decision before the meeting
03 / NOT INCLUDED
  • Implementation work
  • A complete AI roadmap
  • A formal technical or data audit
  • Guaranteed ROI or savings

Who should attend? The person who owns the workflow. If possible, invite someone who performs the work regularly.

/ THE USEFUL QUESTIONS

Know what
you are booking.

01Is the session really free?

Yes. There is no fee for the 30-minute exploration meeting and no obligation to continue. If deeper work appears useful, we will explain the scope separately.

02Do we need an existing AI use case?

No. Bring an existing use case, an early idea, or simply a workflow that should work better.

03What should we prepare?

Nothing formal. A rough description of the workflow is enough. A sample document or a basic measure of the current problem can help, but neither is required.

04Will you build something during the meeting?

No. The purpose is to understand the work and decide whether there is a credible next move.

05Can we discuss confidential information?

Keep sensitive information out of the booking form. We can agree an appropriate way to handle confidential context before deeper work begins.

06What happens after the meeting?

We will close by naming the question, owner and evidence that matter next. Any further engagement is optional and scoped separately.
